Hello and welcome to my website

As a natural health practitioner and one of the UK’s leading homeopaths, I am passionate about helping you take control of your health.

I have 25 years experience in homeopathy, dietary and lifestyle advice and flower essence prescribing.

Hormonal health & menopause

My passion for hormonal and women’s health was renewed in my own journey through menopause.

During those years a combination of homeopathic remedies, flower essences, superfood cleanses, complementary therapies, yoga and time out in nature enabled me to navigate this transition with relative ease.

Approaching this time in life brings up anxieties, fears and many questions for women.

I now help women manage the myriad of symptoms associated with menopause through one-to-one support, workshops, courses & retreats.

On the Natural Menopause Course you get to listen, learn, ask questions, share, try out a self care practices, find out what you need, get feedback and create a plan that is right for you.
